The TeamMate SIP Trunk Connector is TeamMate’s Direct Routing as a Service (DRaaS) offering. It is a an innovative system that allows you to automate the creation and management of Direct Routes between your SIP network and Microsoft Teams.
By activating the in-app call features, you effectively turn Teams into a softphone, allowing users to make and receive calls without swapping to a phoning system.
