New Features Alert: Version 2.13 is coming on May 11th!

On May 11, 2024 between 9:30PM and May 12, 00:30AM EDT, we will be upgrading our portals and related services to version 2.13.

We work hard to bring added features and enhancements that improve the UCaaS user experience so that you can successfully integrate your UCaaS with Microsoft Teams, and this update is no exception.

This release contains the following additions and improvements:

• • SSO for Service Portal. Supports Microsoft Entra ID

• • Contact sync application (Syncing contacts between Microsoft Teams and Netsapiens is a convenient way to maintain contact information between both systems)

• • Adding SIP AOR column into the Users Page

• • Allowing Reseller to reset the consent to Microsoft permissions granted by Enterprise

• • Option to “Force G711 on Inbound” in the PBX config

• • Allowing Multiple SMS Carrier Profiles. This allows several carrier accounts to be used for the same carrier.

• • Adding VoIP.ms and Commschannel as SMS carriers

• • Group Text Feature for Inteliquent and Bandwidth SMS Carriers.

• • Various minor bug fixes and performance improvements.

  During the maintenance window, customers will not be able to provision or modify resources via the API and web portal, and the Teams Apps for PBX and SMS may not be available or operate as expected.   Additionally, at some point during the maintenance window calling will be unavailable for a period not exceeding ten minutes (this maintenance will not affect calling for customers with dedicated infrastructure).
