Teammate Version 2.14 will deliver the following enhancements:

API Template for Netsapiens
With Version 2.14, you can now create API templates for Netsapiens that can be inherited by Resellers and Enterprises alike. This streamlines the API setup process across different layers of your organization, ensuring consistency and saving you time. Plus, we’ve included a handy button to test API credentials directly within the platform.

Reuse Domain for SIP Trunks
You can now use the same SIP domain across multiple SIP Trunk profiles. This feature simplifies the configuration process and reduces the need to juggle multiple domains, making it easier to manage large-scale deployments or complex environments.

Browser Type Errors
Our updated UI now shows a clear error message if an unsupported browser is detected, helping users quickly switch to a compatible browser and keep things running smoothly.

Phone Number Search Improvement
We’ve enhanced the search functionality on the Phone Number page to include the “assigned-to” column. This means you can quickly locate phone numbers by their assigned user or device, speeding up your workflow and reducing time spent on administrative tasks.

SMS Providers Added: Enfonica API
Our SMS Connector now supports the Enfonica API, giving you more options and flexibility in your SMS routing. Whether you’re expanding into new markets or simply looking optimizing your current SMS delivery, this enhancement provides the tools necessary for reliable communication.

PBX Location and Trunk Profile Configuration Changes
We’re giving you more control with two new options in your PBX Location and Trunk Profile configurations. You can now enable the escaping of special characters and convert the History-Info header to a Diversion header. These changes provide enhanced compatibility and security for your PBX configurations.

Export Trunk Users
You can now export your trunk users directly into a CSV file, making it easy to audit, share, or back up your information as needed.
