We’ve expanded SMS Carrier Profile management by introducing Enterprise-level assignment. This allows administrators to apply carrier profiles across an entire enterprise, making it easier to enforce standardized messaging configurations.
5. Resellers Can Now Enforce SSO for Admins
Security is a top priority, and now resellers have the ability to require Single Sign-On (SSO) for admin users. This enhancement helps improve access security while ensuring compliance with enterprise authentication policies.
6. Presence-Based Call Pause Now Supports DND (Do Not Disturb)
Presence-based call pause functionality has been enhanced with support for Do Not Disturb (DND) using AS-Feature-Event. This allows for better call handling automation, ensuring that calls are paused when a user sets their status to DND.
