Built for Microsoft Teams, TeamMate’s Call Recorder delivers a wide range of call recording features for both internal and external calls as well as Microsoft Teams meetings.
To comply with PCI DSS, recording must be paused during any period where sensitive data might be captured (e.g., credit card numbers). An adaptive card in Teams serves as an interactive solution, allowing users to pause and resume the recording. In addition to the visual indication, the pause and resumption of recording are announced to the participants of the call.
The TeamMate Call Recording solution is installed in your Microsoft Teams tenant as a scalable Azure-based service (bot) that leverages Microsoft’s Graph API to provide native access to all call activity in Teams.
The management portal allows an administrator to set policies related to the recording function. Compliance recording policies are created, assigned to users and can be applied at the tenant, user or security group level within an organization.
By organizing users into groups, different role groups can be created, allowing search and playback to be restricted for certain groups.
Compliance Recording often contains sensitive information, in the audit log it is easy to trace who accessed which data
With options to store recordings in the TeamMate cloud or your own Sharepoint, you can retain full control by ensuring that recorded calls remain in your environment.
