New Feature Alert: version 2.9 is Live

We are pleased to announce the availability of the latest update to our platform, TeamMate 2.9.0! 

We work hard to bring add features and enhancements that improve the UCaaS user experience so that you can successfully integrate your UCaaS with Microsoft Teams, and this update is no exception.

Here are some of the highlights:


New

Sync Enterprises Users by Group – Adding ability to synchronize Enterprise Users by selected groups. This is to exclude sharing data of user groups that are not using the ConnecttoTeams services.
Enhancement to Branding – Allow branding of page title and banner for portal landing pages. Includes fix to branding image corruption issues.
Secure SMS – Adding ability to enable encrypted SMS for Enterprises.
SMS Smart Composer UI Update – Updating the look for the SMS Smart Composer. Also adds the ability to send SMS/MMS message to multiple phone numbers.
Other SMS Enhancements – Adding ability to delete SMS message from within a Teams channels and the embedded SMS App Chat Screen. SMS Messages sent from the embedded SMS App chat screen will now be reflected in the associated Teams channel
Bulk Upload of Calling App Users – Add ability for Reseller Admin to bulk upload Calling App users

Enhancement on Provisioning App in Firefox – Display a meaningful message when the Provision App process is invoked in Firefox browser
Enhancement to Support for Netsapiens – Gracefully handle Add/Edit User for Netsapiens-based API integrated users when the credentials are either not working or revoked.
Other Technical Improvements – Tune backend system for faster and optimized response for API calls and reduce need for multiple API calls from the web frontend..

The new code was deployed to production on September 4th and is currently available to all users.
