User portal
No second portal, no second login, no separate product to teach. It reads as a feature of the phone system they already have.
Show the app only to customers you've sold it to, so you can launch to your whole base and sell it as a paid add-on.
Create and edit agents, review call logs with transcripts, recordings and summaries, and track minutes, all in the portal.
It reads the directory, follows your timeframes and verifies callers before it acts.
Reads the user's timezone and active timeframe, so after-hours behavior follows your existing schedule.
Asks for extension and voicemail PIN before releasing anything sensitive.
Transfers by name and finds contact numbers and email addresses, without a static routing table.
Changes a verified user's call forwarding rules, with no ticket or portal login.
Kicks off a password reset for a verified user, so the call resolves instead of becoming a ticket.
Sends SMS through your NetSapiens platform, from the agent's own number.
Picks up SMS and MMS replies to the agent's number and acts on them.
Pushes chat notifications to PBX users, so a handoff lands where your people already are.
Link your NetSapiens platform and choose which customers see the AI Agents app.
On NetSapiens portal v44 and above, the portal administrator allowlists the app in the portal's Content Security Policy settings.
Customers open the AI Agents tile in the user portal to create and manage their agents.
No. The app runs inside the NetSapiens user portal they already use.
Yes. The app appears only for customers you switch it on for. Everyone else sees the portal as it is today.
On portal v44 and above, add the app to the portal's Content Security Policy in UI Configs. It isn't configured from the agent side.
An SMS-enabled DID on NetSapiens, routed to the agent's extension with a carrier assigned, plus NetSapiens API credentials with Domain Manager access or higher. Texts go out from your own platform.
