An add-on to PBX Connector. Users call from a Teams app or a mobile app through Azure Communication Services, and TeamMate routes every call to the PBX, UCaaS or CCaaS you already run. No Microsoft Phone System licenses and no Direct Routing.
Microsoft handles the calling client and identity. TeamMate handles call processing and provisioning. Your platform keeps the numbers, features and carrier.
ACS Call App runs inside Microsoft Teams and on iOS and Android. Calls connect over WebRTC, and users sign in with their Microsoft 365 account.
Azure Communication Services provides the Calling SDK, Teams user identity, voice, video and chat, and Call Automation. Microsoft Entra ID handles sign-in with MFA and conditional access.
The TeamMate Application is your white-label portal and provisioning. TeamMate Connector does call processing, including queues, transfers and IVR. The Gateway SBC runs in 9 Microsoft Azure regions.
Your PBX, UCaaS or CCaaS keeps its extensions, desk and soft phones, and reaches the public telephone network over your SIP trunk.
The user places or answers a call in ACS Call App, in Teams or on their phone. The app connects to Azure Communication Services over WebRTC, using the user's Teams identity.
Azure Communication Services sends call events to TeamMate Connector, which handles queues, transfers and IVR and sends call control back through Call Automation.
Signaling and media flow through the TeamMate Gateway SBC to your PBX, UCaaS or CCaaS, which connects the call to its desk phones and to the PSTN over your SIP trunk.
Provisioning: the TeamMate Application sets up the Teams app and users through Microsoft Graph API and pushes configuration to TeamMate Connector.
A brandable add-on to PBX Connector. Calling in Teams with no Microsoft Phone System licenses required.
