We are happy to announce that we have added new capabilities to our Partner Provisioning Portal. It is now possible for you to create and vote on feature requests, as well as view our development Roadmap and a changelog of all previous updates.
Access to the new functionality is gained via the User Menu at the top-right corner of the portal interface. After clicking the User Menu avatar, you will see three new options:
- Feature Requests
- Latest Updates
Drilling down into any of these options will take you to a page that allows you access the respective content.
As always,we strive to make our connectors the best tools for connecting your PBX or UCaaS platform with Microsoft Teams by continually implementing new features. Our product development team is driven by customer requests. So we are especially pleased to provide an easier way for you to communicate with us, and just as eager to get your feedback. We will give priority to the most upvoted features.
Make sure that your vote is counted when it comes to getting new features into our roadmap. To upvote a feature that is already listed, simply click on the up icon located adjacent to the feature title.
If a feature you desire is not already listed, you can also create a new feature request by clicking the orange plus button at the top right side of the feature request panel.
